Which one is stronger?

Hi LinusTechTips Forum,

  I am stuck on which between a Core i7-8700K or 2950X (or WX I don't remember) is stronger. I am just researching about those, I don't actually plan to buy it though. Just for future experience.

Gaming and video-editing ( I think )

Gaming is intel stronger becouse of the higher frequency. For videoediting it depends on the program and how they use cores and clock speed. But for both is a gpu way more important

benching isn't all. it really depends on the workload.
