take this monitor deal, or wait till black friday??

I'm looking for a new monitor. I've been planning on waiting till black friday to try to find a good deal on a new one.

 

Today, I saw this Asus ROG Swift PG279Q. It is a 27" IPS 1440p 165Hz monitor with GSYNC. It lists for $680, but the guy only wants $350 for it. 

I could probably get a 27" 1440/144hz VA monitor for cheaper than this next weekend, but would having the IPS panel and GSYNC be worth paying a little bit more??

 

So, do you guys thing I should get this one, or wait till next weekend and look for deals?

I'd take the deal if it is in good condition. That is a great deal!!

It really seems like it. I'm still waiting to hear from the guy. i just want to know if this monitor is really twice as good as 1440p 144hz monitors in the $300 range

$350 is a great deal, I'd buy right away!
