Disk space disappeared

Hi good day everyone so I decided that wanted to install linux mint and keep win 7 so I was going to do a dual boot so I went over to create the partition on disk manager and while it was shrinking the volume (i have a 1tb hardrive) my computer crashed n i got blue screen, when I turned it back on however about 400gb+ was missing from the virtual drive capacity it wasn't even turned into unallocated space and I have completely no idea what went on.

 

Any advice would be appreciated

What is the hdd smart data, seems like a bad drive.

Doing a chkdsk rn n I think it may fix my problem fingers crossed
