I purchased a Google Pixel C in 2016 / 2017. i had a mishap and broke the screen on it. I contacted Google for a local repair centre but they kindly offered to replace it. This took 6 months at least before it came. Once the replacement came, i was happy with it for about 3 months at which point half the screen stopped working. I contacted Google again about the issue providing all the requested evidence back in June this year. I still have no resolution in sight. for this issue. See link

Firstly, who else has had this type of issue with Google? When i have a faulty Apple product, it takes less than a week to resolve in Warranty but Google just takes the (Insert expletive)

Secondly, could Linus bring this up with Google as all i am getting as a response is along the lines of "Escalated" or "Thanks for the patience" email responses. When I enquire about what is holding the case up, they just ignore the question and revert back to the usual responses.

I am willing to provide all the details in PM or email.

Please help.

Funny enough I worked for a Company that used to be a contractor for Google and did Google Play support. Lets just say Google wouldnt know support even if it came up and bit them in the ass. Most support people dont have the power to fix issues like this. Plus if your out of warranty it probably makes things harder.

Id just go find a local place yourself that can repair it. I mean you throw a stone you hit about a half dozen shops that say they repair phones.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
