Need help picking a monitor

Hey everyone, i'm new to the forums but I couldn't think of a better place to ask this question so here it goes. For a long time I have been interested in getting a new monitor for my PS4 Pro. I currently use a basic Asus 1080p TN panel monitor and its been great but I really want to upgrade to a 4K HDR monitor to take advantage of the console.

 

Now I do understand true HDR monitors are very few and far between and come at extreme costs, but I am open to all the "HDR Support" stuff too.

Last time i checked 4k HDR monitors are expensive ,

check tdhis one tho BenQ EL2870U 28 inch 4K HDR Gaming Monitor 

Idk if there is cheaper
