Unless you are having a specific issue with your PSU Due to being choked for air, dust filled, or damaged goods, PSU's shouldnt output a lot of heat.

Do you mean internal, intake or exhaust temperature?

Even if you provide that information, it would vary from one PSU to another and vary by load. 

If you're referring to the internal or exhaust temperature, I don't see any reason you'd want to know it?
