Please help me choose between these 2 monitors! Acer vs Samsung

I'm picking a 144hz monitor for the first time right here, after searching for quite a time. it's resolved to these 2. can you guys give me some insights on this?

it's only between these 2, please don't suggest any other brands as only these 2 have service centers in my city, just in case anything goes wrong. thanks.
