Is my PC build going to bottleneck

1-Jake-1

Hello, I am very new to building PC's and got some help from my brother who knows a lot more than I do. But... I don't trust him fully. So I am mainly wondering if my PC build would be bottlenecked. I am going to use this mostly for gaming, and I don't know what settings I would put it at or should put it at. I would be using the majority of my time playing Fortnite, Pubg, Csgo, R6, etc. Feel free to critique my build or suggest things I'll be happy to hear your thoughts.

9900k is pretty overkill. I recommend the i7-8086k it has amazing clock speeds and is marginally cheaper. Also wait for the gpu price to go down a bit and then buy 2 2080 tis.

Itll be fine, a 9900k is definitely overkill for a single GPU.

If youre buying high end shit, get a high end PSU, evga mid tier supernovas suck despite what fanboys would say. And yes that is a very hostile tone but its just stupid to see a high end PC with whats at best a mid tier PSU in there.

Titanium or nothing.

I am planning on in the future getting another graphics card and having 2-way SLI. Would you still say he 9900k is overkill?
