Windows 10 Lean is aimed at devices with 16GB of storage. So like those cheap new computers you see from time to time with flash storage or cheap Windows tablets. This was done as it was pretty hard to keep does devices up to date with such a small amount of storage as the OS will bloat as updates are added on. It's the same as Windows 10 Home except with more features stripped out. But they are features most people who would buy such cheap PCs probably would never use like Internet Explorer and the Registry editor. All in all, if your system can run Windows 10 Home, you should be running Home.
