Most likely that desk is custom, does that guy have an accent, figure out where that accent comes from and that might be a clue. He obviously likes red bull, not healthy at all.

and by custom meaning likely just two sets of drawers on either side and a table top/bench top.

 

it doesn't look that special, you can achieve similar buy going on a trip to IKEA
