Fixing a motherboard's blown transistor?

iCEnOVAA

Yesterday I overclocked my cpu to 3.8ghz @ 1.35v and played CS:GO for a few hours before turning off my pc. At like 8am I tried to turn on my PC again to play some cs and my psu just makes a clicking noise. The fans turn on for like a split second before shutting off. Anyone know any fixes?

also you tell us your overclocked your CPU. You don't even tell us what CPU it is. Not very helpful at all. Could be a crazy overclock thats dangerous, or it could be well within safety limits.

Okay so I think I've resetted the CMOS with a screwdriver. Now I smell like smoke. Here's a picture of where it's coming from.1623569992_SiVJ6Da-Imgur.thumb.jpg.f74bc617596d19e06e0573f9ced89223.jpgIs this fixable by any chance?
