Pc start up issues

So I have an old gaming rig that I upgraded 2 years ago

Specs:

i7 2600

Leadtek gtx 1060

gigabyte h67ma-usb3-b3

16GB ram 1333mhz

1TB hhd

Cooler master extreme power plus 550w

 

It ran pretty much fine for the past 2 years until recently when i had problems booting up the pc. When i press the power button the phase led would all lit up and the all fans would spin for half a second. When I sent it to the repair shop it miraculously worked again. When I brought it home it worked fine until i shut it down. I couldn't start the pc and the same issues were occurring.

Did you pay at the shop ? Return to the shop a nd explain the issue.

If your PSU is the same one that you bought originally with your build long time ago, good chance it is the issue.

I have a feeling the psu is the issue but the problem is really inconsistent so I'm a bit hesitant on buying a new one.
