The CPU or GPU? for the CPU not really, any $25 Hyper T4 or equal cooler will be fine for the CPU

 

the GPU cooler can already handle 1900mhz or better

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
