Pc freezing randomly

I have an lga 775 motherboard from gigabyte ga-g41m-combo with pentium e5300 and Nvidia GeForce 210 graphics card. Recently I've been facing random freezing of system and have to restart get it working. The freezing occurs in bios, while os loads while loading desktop and so on. I tried to change outlets to see if there is voltage drope but it is still same. So i removed graphcis card and used on board graphics and have got wierd artifacts on the monitor. Any help or suggestions really welcomed.

any ideas how to solve it???? and i saw this on internal graphics not on gpu, on gpu it would just get stuck

you might have a bad cpu if it only get stuck on gpu.

ohk thanks for the info I'll try to get a 775 cpu and test to see if it solves the issue!!!! really thanks for providing this info i was going crazy since i had no idea what was causing issue now atleast i got some ideas!!!

good luck with finding one. im sure you can find it online if you cant find it where ever you are.

it could be a motherboard issue as well. but its coming to a point where you might just get both a motherboard and a cpu to test.

if i get both then there's no point remaining maybe ill see if i can get a deal on some i series combo
