My Lenovo Laptop won't read/install my newly installed RAM

What I have is a Lenovo Flex 2 (14 inch) Laptop with a core i5-4210U CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64-bit windows 8 but I wanted to add more RAM in it so I took one of my old ASUS laptops and took 4GB to add to my current Lenovo laptop but it won't read/install it. Why?

i5 4210U only supports DDR3L 1333/1600 and LPDDR3 1333/1600 sticks.
If your stick is 1033mhz or 1866mhz it's not going to work.

Also might be having a hard time trying to dual-channel the 2 mismatched sticks.

Thank you for taking the time for answering my problem, I'm just an ICT student and most of my tech knowledge actually came from Linus so I really appreciate this response I will come back on this thread once I have an update.

I was able to find a 4GB DDR3L 1333 RAM but now the problem is the laptop won't turn on.

To be more specific I do here the fan turn on and it does heat up (Indicating it does take power) but there is no display or any kind of response. I have tried to do a hard reboot and removed the battery but it still does not work.

Edit: NVM the RAM that I found was a DDR3 , apperantly there is a difference.
