RTX Coil wine???

Hey so i just got myEVGA FTW3 RTX 2080, everything is in and working however when PC is under load i here a wining noise, this was not present when i had my old EVGA GTX 950 SSC. Not sure if wining has to do with the new card or not. Or my PSU.  I would also like to know if something like this is common in newer cards and if it will just go away with time? Thanks.

Any card has a chance of coil whine, doesnt matter what generation or brand. 

 

Some users do say it goes away over time, but my 1070 (which whines a lot) doesn't. Eventually I stopped hearing it, but that's because of a silent case. Take the side panel off, and the annoying buzz still comes out.
