HDD not Accessible, Parameter Incorrect, Need help

so, i had a drive working fine yesterday night, today suddenly causing problems, for one the system freezes, even pressing save as in paint causes it to not respond, 
right now i have Partition wizzard installed, let me know if i can fix it using it or any other way

Edit : it got showed up but cant open it and it's over filled , sowing 3.94 GB filled of 3.63 GB
