Hello! What windows can I install on a laptop with this specs: Intel i5 5200U 2.2GHz, Intel HD Graphics 5500, 4GB RAM DDR3? Thank you!

I'd say any mainstream version you want. If you pick an OS you want to use you can look up the OS's minimum system requirements.

If you want latest and greatest, I'd put Windows 10 on that.

If you want to run older programs/drivers for older devices or just don't really care for Windows 10; Windows 7 will run happily on that as well.

Windows 10 will take about 40 gig depending , a bit more of less depending on what you need.

 

I have and I5 2500 ( 7 years old ) Windows 10 work just fine, but I have a lot more memory then you do.

 

you may be able to upgrade memory  4g + 8g = 12gig for about 50.00$us    If your laptop as a second memory slot

Win10 64 Home is just fine.
