Questions on freesync

Hey guys, so im going to be buying this pc really soon, and i just wanted to know if this moniter would pair good with it( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CNKHQ8M/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1ZAP482IIETZ&psc=1 ). I just want to know if my PC will be able to handle 1440p, and such a large screen. Will i have to worry about screen tearing too? Can i use freesync to fix it? I heard that NVIDIA cards don’t like freesync for some reason. Also you guys are free for suggestions on my PC! Only going to be using it for games like warframe and triple A games. Going to try to OC the GPU and CPU too.

go full screen, set refresh rate to 60Hz, use settings that will not allow fps to dip below 60fps, turn on Vsync, and you will not get screen tearing
