This is the first time I've ordered anything from Newegg, so when my 8320 just came, not only was I excited, I also laughed at the box :D

Why's it in a box not a tin (the cpu)

 

Yeah, same reaction as well.

I guess maybe the early releases had tin containers...and the later products don't.
