So, yesterday I though i'd clean up my PC because it had dust all over it! Also GPU idle temps were around 40-50C.

Once I was done i started putting everything back in and then i pressed Power On button. The PC started and I was happy, but then after the Windows 7 loading screen - black screen with cursor then no cursor just black screen! I was freaking out so I shut off the PC and started it again- same problem!

I tried Google'ing the problem, people said I should try to uninstall GPU drivers in Safe Mode,(which I did), and then install the latest drivers from NVidia- I did so. Restarted the pc - same problem!

Then I did everything again but this time installed the drivers from the CD it came with, restarted the pc- same problem!!!

What should and could I do? At the time of writing this im not using my Graphics Card.

All help is appreciated!

If your computer was booting just fine before you took it apart to clean it, and if all you did was take it apart and clean it, then the problem can't be caused by the software on your computer, but would likely be caused by how you've reconnected things.

What is the list of components for your PC?

Did you plug any drives into a different SATA connector? Did you miss a power connector? Did you reconnect power rails differently than they were before and now a rail is overloaded because it's connected to more components than it can deliver enough power for?

Does your graphics card use more than one power connector, and is anything other than your graphics card sharing its power rail with it?

Also, is your SSD or HDD connected to the same cable and connector on your mobo that it was before you took things apart to clean them?
