So my CPU usage is shown as 100% and quickly drops down to 2% when task manager is opened.

I've tried Malwarebytes, Rkill, Adwcleaner, Bitdefender.

This does not happen in Safe Mode.

P.S. English isn't my first language so feel free to ask for clarification.

This is most definitely a cryptominer. Are you sure that you have the latest version of Malwarebytes and that it is up to date? It should pick up the infection. You can also try Windows Defender Offlice Scan if you are using Windows 10. HitMan Pro is another option.

Have you tried running those programs in Safe Mode?

PC:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X | AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE | 32 GB RAM | Arch Linux

Laptop:

MacBook Pro 13" (2019) | Intel Core i5 8279U | 8 GB RAM | macOS

Server:

Intel Core i7 6700K | 16 GB RAM | 2 TB HDD | Debian Linux

I'm with @Husky but how do you know the CPU is at 100% if task manager isn't opened?

There is one program you could try, ComboFix....but it's a nuclear bomb when used (in other words, be very careful using it, and make certain you have a solid backup before using it)

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

There are many "run on idle" things that could be going on, good or bad. Even Windows itself has some. What happens if you leave task manager open, sort by high CPU usage, and leave it to idle? Then see what's running.

Maybe he was playing games and using MSI afterburner to check the game's fps?

Get something like OpenHardwareMonitor and leave the PC on idle to see how much of the CPU is being used.

It also has a handy Gadget you can stick anywhere and monitor whatever you want at all times.

It looks like this:
