mikrophone Mirkophone won't work properly

I am using a Sennheiser PC363D, which has one of those USB-Dongles,

for some reason my microphone does have a real intense static noise if I got it plugged in to the USB-Dongle, so I got

the audio plug plugged into the Dongle and my microphone is plugged into the port on my pc, it lesses the static noises.

But now my microphone just stopped working, I tried restarting my PC, using every 3mm microphone port my PC has and

nothing worked, the weird thing is that the microphone works if I plug it into the USB-Dongle, which I don't really want to do 

because of the static noise. BTW ive got the Realtek HD Audio Manager installed.

Sorry if there are some errors in the text above english is not my native tongue, I just really enjoy their youtube content so I decided to post my issue here.

Okay wow deinstalling the realtek driver fixed it. Never installing one of those again.
