A few days ago I stopped being able to use my graphics card. It's not being detected in Windows or in the BIOS. I've changed the power cable that goes to the card, made sure the RAM was seated properly, checked the CPU for any bent pins, switched PCI-E slots, nothing seems to work. The lights and fans work. When I tried to reflash the BIOS, it said there was no GPU connected. Is there anything else I could try or is the card just done for?

My set up is:
Asrock H97 Pro4

i7 4770k

Samsung 850 SSD

Corsair HX1000i

Galax 980ti

I'm just a bit curious and I can't see what is wrong in this photo. Could someone explain what is wrong? Am I just blind?

Yeah, not a very good picture. The chip with white dot. It got shorted or something, so it burned out.
