AMD Freesync + FRTC +Chill

Hi, 

 

Recently i discovered that RTSS is causing micro stutter in games. 

 

What is the best combo between freesync and FRTC since im new to this. 

 

I have 80hz screen, 

 

What i didnt is set the FRTC to 80 and chill between 70 and 78 to avoid screen tearing, is this the best combo for minimum inout lag as well.? 

 

Freesync range : 40-80
