I live in a rural area and the only connection I can get is 10mbps, they ISP said they could run an extra line at no cost to help cope with not having the speed of everyone else. What device can I use to bond these connections together to get a faster speed if its possible.

Well the ISP might give you something. If this is an aDSL connection I think I heard somewhere over the interwebs that they can bond multiple pairs of phone wires together to give faster speeds. So the ISP will most likely have a box for you. Now if they do run two separate connections to the house with two separate modems, you just need a router with dual wan, but keep in mind in this config you dont get faster speeds. You just get a fatter pipe to your home. So you will still have 10 Mbps but with you will be able to handle more traffic fitting thru the pipe, it will all be just a slow as it is now. You just need to look for a router with dual WAN, at these speeds any would do. For example the Ubitquti edge router can do this, the Synology RT2600AC and its little brother can do this. Im sure there are many more.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
