there are TON of those on thingiverse, I believe you can get that file printed using their service as well.

i've been designing my own case for awhile now and I'm running into a few minor issues with knowing whether or not something will have enough clearance or not because I only get rough dimensions of everything.
Anybody know of a way I can get fully modeled and textured 3D components for PC parts.

That helped me find a few components but i'm still missing the major component, the GPU (2080 Gaming X Trio)
