Hard Drive is not displaying

Hey,

 

Can anyone help me with this? I've tried google and youtube, but the same thing keeps happening. I can not find a thing for my exact problem. Just follow my picture. I try to initialize my hard drive and it fails.

Have you tried using diskpart?
