What happens after you press the power button specifically? What kind of beep pattern does it produce?

Those are post codes. Look into your oems or motherboards manual to see what they mean

Post codes. Could mean a bunch of things. Hard drive failure, CPU failure, etc. Check your motherboard manual. If you've misplaced it, search your motherboard model online. You should be able to find a digital copy.

Otherwise, like @LukeSavenije said, it's beep error codes and you can check what they means on producer's website or anywhere on internet, depends on your motherboard producer.
