Best 2FA USB Key

I am looking to buy a 2FA USB key to help secure my accounts. I was wondering what's the best one out there? I see a ton of them but some are sketchy towards security or don't support a ton of things.

I used USB keys in the past but these days i just use authentication apps on my phone. Most if not all have a fallback if your phone goes poof so thats not an issue anymore.

I just checked and Duo supports hardware tokens also, so if you need a backend or API you can bring your own token (or buy one of theirs) and still get their awesome service. I use them to secure all of my Windows devices (I use Google Authentication for everything else though because it's widely supported and I can easily integrate it into any web apps I code for myself).
