Certificate Transparency Windows Server 2016

Hello everyone, I'm trying to enable Certificate Transparency on my 2 tier PKI setup on my Servers which are using Server 2016 Standard. 

 

I'm trying to follow this guide https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4093260/introduction-of-ad-cs-certificate-transparency But the problem I am facing is this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/desktop/api/certcli/nf-certcli-icertrequest-submit I do not understand how it works. Can someone Explain it to me?

I don't think you need that, that's documentation for API integration so unless your writing an application you won't need it.

Oh. Okay. That's a relief. Do you have any ideas of enabling CT Logs on Windows server?

Nope, never done it. Sounds like very new stuff by the looks of it.

I see. Well I have to set it up as I've got some EV certs that I'm issuing internally. Without CT Logs, It wont work on most browsers.
