Is it possible what one of customer said could be true? 

Seeing the 12nm chip on a gpu is a first, AMD is using the 590 as a experiment like to test the waters to see what kind of bugs could happen? 

Such as  die heat vrm heat stability like their v1 ryzen then maybe later refine it

Could what the customer said be true?

totally possible. In fact that's also what 7nm Vega was speculated to do: see the difference and potential difficulties when switching from 14nm to a different node. After all it's better to experiment with a design of known quality rather than testing with new architecture like Navi from the start.

So isn't that bad if something goes wrong? 

Like samsung they changed the battery supplier for note 7 and their fone went kablewie. 

What it the 590 went kablewie too or turn out like the 2080ti dying after less then a month

AMD worked so hard to finally get like 1% of ppl to trust them again with cpus I hope they don't blow it

That doesn't sound good.... They shouldn't screw up any of them lol.

We wont know until it comes out. But yes, the customer is always right, always, yes.

That's why the majority of RX 500 series and Vega that are available to gamers are still 14nm. Vega 7nm targets businesses in which AMD could use high price to cover up potential problems such as low yields and low overclockability. RX 590 is just 1 card out of the 10 RX 500 series cards.
