best isn't split by brands. It's by what you need. Budget? Use case? the brand you select is up to that. You also didn't include any AIBs so what next after nvidia? EVGA? Asus? They're not in the poll.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Low to mid range, AMD is better. High end, Nvidia / Intel's better.
