Creating Virtual Network Adapter with spoofed MAC

Since Windows Vista microsoft has placed a nonsense restriction on MAC spoofing for Wireless adapters. Spoofed MAC has to begin with 02.

I have a licensed application which works only when it detects a particular MAC ID in the system. Unfortunately the MAC it has been tied (Wireless card) has gone bad and the Dell has replaced the wireless card and hence mac ID changed. Because of this my application stopped working.

I tried MAC spoofing but it wont work because the earlier MAC started from D8 which doesnt work because of MS restrictions. So I was looking for some virtual network adapter where in I can set the MAC ID myself.
