Battlefield 1 stuttering

Hi all, 

I'm playing Battlefield 1, my settings are :  Borderless, 1080p all Low expect textures, V Sync is turned on.  I checked the hardware usage via MSI Afterburner, everything looks okay but I'm still have stuttering during the multiplayer gameplay. My CPU usage is around 70-80%, GPU usage is around 60%, and the ram usage is between 3400-4500Mb, could someone help me what is the reason of the stuttering? If I lower the resolution to 720p. I still have the issue and MSI afterburner always shows that I have constant 59-60 FPS on 1080p

 

My specs: Ryzen 5 1400 / GTX 1050 2GB OC / 8GB DDR4 (single stick)

Is that for just the game or for the entire system?

 

Either memory or CPU related. You can expand MSI Afterburners info by showing individual core usage, and you may see that one or two cores are stuck at 100% while the other cores are a little bit lower.
