Problem with noise from sidepanel fan

Hello!

English is not my native language, but i'll try my best.
I've tried to solve this issue myself for a few days but I cannot seem to get it fixed.

I have a Fractal Design Define R4 with this cooling setup: https://i.imgur.com/sIvOoI1.jpg

So I have a "fan intake" on the sidepanel - with this setup my PC gets very cold, and my GPU and CPU keeps low celsius.

But, with the sidepanel fan being an intake, I get this noise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sxfgHQ-miM

If I put this sidepanel fan on exhaust, it all sounds very normal, but as soon as I turn it to intake I get this sound once again.
If I keep this fan as exhaust, my GPU get's very warm and my cooling overall becomes worse.

Please, what can I do about this issue? I've been looking on forums, youtube, searching here and there and tried a few things but they didn't work.

Thank you very much for any help.

Try adding a fan that blows air out ( if you have one and have a place to put it ) because if your case doesn't have the best airflow then it is bad to only have a fan blowing in. Just like you shouln't torture a case by putting intake fans everywhere. Also is the noise from the fan, or is it echoing through the case? If you don't have an extra fan, try opening the case and see if it still makes noise. I hope I could help.

What fan are you using?

You can probably use washers to increase the distance between the fan and side panel to reduce turbulence and noise.
