PC Not Turning on

Hi, I used my pc for a few short weeks until it wouldn't boot, the lights and fans turn on for like .1 seconds then off. I have sent my ram to a replacement factory so that's out of the option, I have 2 graphics cards, and a hard drive + SSD. What could be wrong I don't want to send it in to geek squad because I'm kind of a broke 13 yr old. BTW I have a R5 1400,RX 480 4gb,2x4gb ddr4 2133, biostar racing gtn mobo, 120gb ssd, and a 100gb hard drive please help.

take out gpu, take out all ram except one stick, try a different slot

go into bios and check out boot sequence.

laptop or pc did you build it etc etc  it honestly might be if you built it you might have not put on the cpu cooler all the way

I have tried the ram in different slots also reseated cpu cooler

Thanks for the help boi's but after over a long year of waiting and then 5 weeks of play,then 4 of it broken, I call it quit, im over this dumb stupid awful pc thats a pile a junk and is so bad and terrible that it just died and is to expensive to replace that i quit pc faming untill i grow old and die. Sry bois its over but thx.
