Frame skipping on High Fps

Hello,

I have recently came across a small issue regarding the game "World of Warcraft"

in which I am testing my latest build and found out there was an issue with frame-skipping (While the FPS Counter showed  60fps consistently) 

when moving the camera with my mouse, this does not happen when I strafe with my keyboard movement keys.

 

(I played a lot with drivers and the latest updates as well as with anything related to 'sync', you can find my build on my profile)

 

Any ideas what this could be and how to probably we could go about to fix it would be appreciated, thanks!
