$500-700 budget. i know nothing about laptops, i built a pc a few years ago but want a laptop for travelling. needs to be able to run multiple browsers at once so higher RAM than 8gb preferred. the only game i'd ever play on it is LoL so a good GPU isnt needed, as long as it can run the game 60fps minimum

Slightly used Lenovo Thinkpad T480 with Nvidia MX150 should suffice. Good build quality, great battery life, 14". For 700 you should be able to get one with 16 GB of memory and that Nvidia GPU.

E15 is very OKish. Also, i5 and i7 ULV don't have much performance difference.

ULV? and the i7 is $100 off on amazon rn thats why i'd get it over the i5 one. the only thing i care about is have an ssd, atleast 8gb ram, and long battery life and a decent enough gpu for games with low requirements like csgo and league, so no intel integrated graphics
