Note 9 default volume

I recently got a note 9, and every time I plug anything on the 3.5mm jack the volumes defaults to like 75%, which is annoying when i have the volume set before hand, I tinkered around the settings but couldn’t fin anything

 

any suggestions?

thats called the safety option to save your ears. You do not want this off generally

Generally your device remembers the last volume that was set when a device was plugged in and will default to that when you plug a device in.

I turned that off and is still happening

When i plug it into my car i sets automatically to like 75 an I always turn it up to 100, when I get back in my car and plug it again it stills defaults to 75

Ah, not sure then sorry. I know on my iPhone it remembers the last volume for a connected device versus the phone speakers and will switch between them when a device is connected/disconnected.
