check inside of BIOS for something that might have to do with that, but other than that, I have no idea how to help :/ something about reserved memory I think

wierd... i did check the bios a while ago, it shows pretty much the same thing as this. It detects but i can only use 8gb

High hardware reserved ram is almost always related to BIOS.  Make sure you have the newest BIOS available and you may even want to reflash it even if it is the newest as BIOS can sometimes become corrupt.

i updated a week or too ago, ill try again.

Also, your memelty is only running at 2133MHz (CPU-Z says 1067, but same thing). You have to manually OC your RAM (or XMP) to get 3000MHz. This is unrelated to your issue of only being able to use 8GB

yep i see, i turned the xmp on and stuff in bios but did nothing. Dont know why this is happening
