pc keep turning on and off

I am having an issue with my computer where when i turn it on, it will turn on for about 3-5 seconds, but will shut off right away.
i tried reseating ram
using just igpu 
using only 1 ram 
unplugging and plugging back all psu cables
testing a diff psu
resetting cmos
and the issue is still there.
this is my specs
i5 3470
gigabyte h61m-ds2
2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz
gtx 660
250gb hdd
corsair cx550m

Did you build it recently or not? Because the H61 chipset doesn't support Ivy Bridge CPUs out of the box if it's never been updated.

No.i have this pc for like half a year now 
i bought some parts 2nd hand 
and the issue started when i accidentally smack my desk then my pc froze, and when i tried restarting 
it. it just powers on for a few sec then turn off
