Upgrading Prebuilt

I have an ATC-780A-UR11 and I plan on replacing the psu with a Seasonic FOCUS series SSR-450FM, upgrading to a samsung 860 500gb, and installing a gtx 1060 3gb 

considering the case, would I run into any problems? And is there anything I should change?

a 1060 3gb should be fine with the included psu.

 

That should work fine.

Since you don't have a proprietary motherboard power connector coming off that motherboard, it should work perfectly fine

Would the 1060 heat up from being so close to the bottom of the case?

should be fine, the 1060 is a pretty low power card.

3GiB 1060 is garbage

Either get an RX570 or RX470, if possible with 8GiB VRAM or save money for the 6GiB.

3GiB VRAM is just not enough and already causes many problems.

We do not know what Board you have, what connectors the PSU comes with.

I linked all of them and my pc looks exactly like the one I posted, and a 6gb is too expensive compared to a 2gb

than get an AMD RX570 (or 470)!

 

Because the 3GiB version is totally useless. Look here:

So yeah, it cost a bit more but it might also last a bit more!
With the 3GiB Version you have to replace the Card next year or so again because of the lack of VRAM. With the larger ones, you'd survive another year or maybe even two....

And there are already some examples of how it looks when the VRAM isn't enough...
