PC, will not boot after openeing the back

Okay, so today I decided to bite the bullet and was going to do a fresh reinstall of windows 10 on my SSD,  I didn’t want to lose files on my HDD, so I opened the back of my pc and unplugged my HDDS, and just left my SSD in, how it will not boot the motherboard and the ram light up a little bit but nothing else no fans spin or anything. I’ve reseated the ram, I’ve tried booting on one stick, I’ve reseated the the cmos battery and tried replugging all the cables yet it still will not boot.

 

My final thoughts it’s the PSU, I’m really hoping not, it’s relatively new and it’s a 1000w Seasonic Prime Platinum

Tried plugging it all back in still nothing, it will not post, there is nothing at all except the mobos rgb lights.

is it possible any other cables came unplugged while you were re-wiring? Check things like the 8pin cpu power

I’ve replugged the Cpu 8pin, both of my GPU’s extensions and direct plugs, I think it could be possible that something else has pulled out but I cannot see it. I thought maybe the little 2pin case to mobo ones but they are all plugged in
