Keyboard not working in BIOS

I have a Masterkeys Pro S and, after clearing CMOS due to a failed overclock, my keyboard no longer powers on until the OS boots. This is annoying because I have to plug in another keyboard every time I boot my computer since GRUB requires me to press some keys to select my OS. Thoughts? Specs are in my signature. The only thing I've thought of is disabling fastboot, which didn't fix it. Thanks!

Turn on legacy usb in bios? Fast boot wouldn't do that because you need the keyboard to go into bios.

try enabling the usb's to be power on even when the pc is off, charging mode or something, flash new bios
