motherboard issues

hey all, so i built a pc a while back and need to connect it to a few monitors via hdmi and i plugged hdmi to the motherboard and i get no input, i notice its hard to push the cable in and i also tried vga but no input and the vga cable pushed a dint into the IO shield so i just need some suggestions on how to fix

Which CPU do you have? Are the onboard graphics enabled in the BIOS? Which motherboard?

becouse of the graphics card you don´t have output from your motherboard, or you just don´t have an internal gpu on your cpu, do you have any specs?

i have a graphics card i just wanted output via motherboard,

asrock b360 pro4, i5 8400

then you should try enabling intergrated graphics in the bios, but i'm not familiar with asrocks bios

thanks so much, it was set to pci so now i configured it to pci and onboard. thanks!
