new pc stutters after playing games for a while

hi, I builded my pc about one month ago and whenever I play games for a long time it starts to stutter. it does that in games but also in any apps, right now it started to stutter when watching netflix while I stopped playing about 30min ago. I looked on internet the other day and people suggested to disable gamebar something. a program that only starts when you play games and that uses computer ressources. any suggestions?

Yes, I disabled gamebar. It only slows things down. Here are my suggestions:

 

• Check your temps during media/games
• Make sure most recent graphics driver is installed
• Since it's a new build, make sure chipset and motherboard drivers are installed
• Keep Windows up to date
• Check if power saver is turned on
• Also, always make sure to DDU before installing a new graphics driver (reboot to safe mode before doing so)
