Using a video tutorial on how to overclock is the best way of going about it. Text isn't the easiest way to convey this information. Searching "core i9 overclocking guide" will help a lot, and the LTT channel has one as well.

Back of the board covers up the holes for some of the holes for wire management and the wires behind the pc is a whole nother story.
