Overclocking Hyper X DDR4 2400mHz

anyone know an average overclock i can get on my hyper x ddr4 2400 ram ive noticed my ryzen 5 is slowing down its only at 2% usage and application load times are atrocious

I have mine running at 2933Mhz.

 

But that sounds more like a slow HDD problem.

I run mine at 2700 with 1.350 volts. what's yours?
