Hmmm, that should be doing the job, I use an H5 Ultimate with my 8700k OC@ 5.0GHz and don't know that I even get temps that high. Have you tried re-seating the cooler and replacing the thermal paste?

i actually did that yesterday. it was way worse before

It seems like maybe your motherboard doesn't have great cooling or you don't have enough airflow over the the motherboard components. Unless these temps are bugged or the sensors are broken. If you down clock your cpu do the motherboard temps get better?

it is stock now. I got two 120mm be quiet silent wings 3 on the front. 1 140mm slient wings 3 on the back, and two phantheks 140mm on top getting air in
